A Hong Kong Symphony By Foti

Wednesday, November 1st, 2006

Foti successfully delivered 9 pyrotechnic shows as part of the world renowned Hong Kong Symphony of Light Show. The Hong Kong “Symphony of Lights” is recognised as the world largest permanent light show and encompasses city buildings on both the Hong Kong and Kowloon sides of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour.

Specially designed pyrotechnics, developed by ICON Pyrotechnics, Foti’s China-based export brand, were launched from pontoons and barges on Victoria Harbour and were integrated with the spectacular nightly 13-minute Multi-Media Lights and Sound Show.

The first installment of 4 shows were held in June/July opposite Hong Kong’s Coventions Centre at Wan Chai, with the remaining 5 shows display opposite Hong Kongs Avenue of Stars at Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon in September/October.

The successful delivery of the shows demonstrates Foti truly international pyrotechnic production capability in both manufacturing and displays. The displays followed the supply of Foti’s Australian-made indoor pyrotechnics for the Hong Kong production of Phantom of the Opera.
